Alice Roberts enjoys giving talks – on anatomy, old bones, and on series such as Coast and the Incredible Human Journey. She also enjoys chairing discussions and debates – particularly about science, medicine and the environment. Alice has been a member of the Advisory Committee of Cheltenham Festival of Science since 2006, and she is delighted to be a guest Director at this year’s Cheltenham Festival of Literature.

Alice has contributed to various judging panels for competitions related to science communication, including NESTA Scicast and FameLab, and the Wellcome Trust Image Awards. In 2008, Alice Roberts presented awards at the inspiring Medical Futures Innovations Awards.
